Four types of accommodation

The Kompas Holiday Homes are spacious and comfortable. You have the choice between 4 types of accommodation:

Type 10: Lighthouse

63 m² - max. 4 pers.

1st floor:

• spacious living room (25 m²) with sitting area and a fully-equipped kitchen corner including a dishwasher and microwave
• colour television
• separate toilet
• balcony with view on the enclosed garden

2nd floor:

• bathroom with washbasin and bath
• bedroom with a double bed (11 m²)
• bedroom with a bunk bed (11 m²)

Access to the house by external stairs.

Type 20: Two-master

80 m² - max. 4 pers.

Ground floor:

• spacious living room (30 m²) with sitting area and a fully-equipped kitchen corner including a dishwasher and microwave
• colour television
• separate toilet
• storeroom
• spacious terrace (20 m²) with a table and chairs and direct access to the enclosed garden.

1st floor:

• bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet
• bedroom with a double bed (10 m²)
• 1 bedroom with a single bed (9.5 m²))
• 1 bedroom with a single bed (6 m²)

Type 30: Three-master

80 m² - max. 6 pers.

Same division and facilities as type 20, but on the floor there is a room with two separate beds and a room with a bunk bed next to the bedroom with the double bed.

Type 40: Four-master

95 m² - max. 8 pers.

Same division and facilities as type 30, but with an extra attic room (15 m²) with two single beds.

Two homes (2 x type 40) have an extra room on the ground floor with sleeping accommodation and bathroom for differently abled.
